Garmin GLO 2
There are many GPS units out there, but in our experience this is the best. We use it to drive position information to an iPad running Jeppesen Flight Deck Pro. (For ipads without a sim data card)
Absolutely invaluable for showing aircraft position when taxiing at complicated airports. Highly recommended.
